Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. Courts serve the whole public, and so do we.
Last reviewed: September 28, 2026
Our standard
We designed and tested this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These are the guidelines most courts and public agencies use to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
What we have done
- Text and buttons have enough color contrast to be read easily.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and you can see where you are on the page.
- A "Skip to main content" link lets keyboard and screen reader users go straight to the content.
- Headings are in a logical order, and images have text descriptions.
- Pages work on phones, tablets, and computers, and at up to 400% zoom without scrolling sideways.
- The site respects your device's setting to reduce motion.
How we tested
We tested every page with automated accessibility tools, checked keyboard use on each page, and checked how the pages hold up when zoomed and with wider text spacing. We review the site again when we make changes.
